Yvonne Shelton

As a lead artist there are many organisations whom Yvonne has been involved with; GMMAZ, CAPE UK, Creative Partnerships, Band on the Wall, Community Arts Big Issue, Afro Cats, Northwest, and the Halle, various schools community groups and council lead organisations.

She has a passion for community’s and young people, and has dedicated her life to supporting and mentoring people who need a creative outlet.

As lead and backing vocalist, Yvonne has sung with The Beautiful South (tour, singles and album), Simply Red (tour), Gabriel(Wicked Women TV performance in Hyde Park), George Michael (with Gospel choir TV performances), Evolution (tours and chart singles), Faith Evans, Howard Donald and Gary Barlow Ex- Take That, Puff Daddy (MTV awards new gospel single Best Friend).

Yvonne has appeared on various TV music programmes both as lead and backing vocalist, including Top of The Pops. She recently did a stint with Black Voices – Italian tour. Yvonne has also been featured as a backing vocalist for Heather Small appearing on (Michael Parkinson, Songs of Praise and Summer Festivals and Cardiff’s Tsunami gig).
